Latar Belakang / Background Info
The conduct of road accident investigation and research is carried out by the National Transportation Safety Committee (NTSC) based on Presidential Regulation Number 105 of 1999 regarding the National Transportation Safety Committee.
The purpose of conducting road traffic accident investigation and research is to monitor, study, analyze, evaluate, and make safety recommendations, as well as to prepare reports to prevent road traffic accidents with the same causes.
