The vision of the National Transportation Safety Committee is to improve transportation safety in four modes of transportation.

1. Carry out transportation accident investigations independently, independently and responsibly to find the cause of transportation accidents;
2. Provide transportation safety recommendations that can encourage increased safety in the implementation of reliable transportation;
3. Carrying out cooperation in transportation accident investigations and improving the skills and expertise of human resources with various competent parties at home and abroad as well as complementing the needs of transportation accident investigation facilities and infrastructure; and
4. Carry out and/or participate in socialization, counseling and scientific meetings related to the prevention and/or first handling of transportation accidents in order to realize safety and security as well as smooth transportation.
