Conducting Transportation Accident Investigation

1. Requesting data and information from individuals, offenders, employees/officials of relevant institutions, related institutions, professional organizations, the public, and/or other parties;
2. Collecting, processing, analyzing, and systematically presenting data on the causes of transportation accidents objectively;
3. Compiling reports on the results of conducting Transportation Accident Investigation;
4. Providing and/or delivering recommendations in the final report of the Transportation Accident Investigation;
5. Coordinating and cooperating in the Transportation Accident Investigation;
6. Conducting evaluations, monitoring, clarifications, assessments, and dissemination of recommendations in the final report of the Transportation Accident Investigation;
7. Operating the Transportation Accident Investigation information system.
